Severe Leg pain. More intense at night

Grandmother is suffering with leg pain from 3 months. Cannot able to stand for sometime also. First back pain was  there later turned to leg pain. Sleep is not effective due to pain below leg knee.. using medications like nuradec injection and tablets triple a cal , Rado capsules, mobiqik tablets. But not cured. Waiting to consult a doctor.please suggest.

Hi tell her to take rest and avoid forward bending and use lumbosacral belt.

It's due to lumbar spondylosis related spinal radiculopathy.
