Sir I suffered last 4 months from knee pain iam sitting or standing , walking or playing that day night i suffered lot of knee pain sir . This is the urology problem or Ortho problem please give suggestion sir thanking you sir

Ortho problem. Avoid strain till relief. Tk physiotherapy treatment for few days. Quadriceps exercises after relief
