I have been suffering from penis itching from past 20 days..There are rashes also on the head n skin of penis.. I'm unable to sleep at nights..So please tell me which doctor I have to consult..

go to urologist he may guide u well it could be due to dryness of penis and foreskin apply palin coconot oil or it could be uti or balanitis get it checked by visiting a urologist
