When the problem started it was a small area with red circle outline at inner thighs. Tried many creams micogel clobestol etc. No relief. Now it has spread in entire groin area. Red circle area increased on both thighs. Very severe itching all over groin. Tried anti fungal powder clorimatzole. Skin colour has become dark and rough. No relief from past 6 months. Applied mustard oil etc no relief. Please help and recommend something for itching first.

Hi..according to history it looks like fungal inf..for itching you can take tb levocetrizine 5mg twice a day..but as your problem is since 6 mnths better you consult nearby dermatologist.you need topical + oral treatment ..and few life style modifications. Thanks..dr sheetal kothekar..pune
