Severe itching during pregnancy.
Hi, my wife is 27 week twin pregnant.
She is having severe itching specially during night and levels of SGOT, SGPT and AP are 166 , 369 and 186.

It's Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy where there will be bile salt deposits under the skin and it causes itching in the later stages of pregnancy.Its risky to the baby as well .So she needs to be started on medication to reduce it.Connect for evaluation and treatment
