Severe itching and rashes

Please let me know the cause of severe itching and rashes around the body. Is it a dermatological issue, allergical issue, immunological issue or endocrinological issue. My wife has Age blood test value 1116 instead of 158 and below. We tried several dermatologists, physicians... But not use.. Please advice which specialist can identify the cause treat and what could be the specialisation. U can text me on creative (at) iampl (dot) com
