She can take tab paracetamol(650) 1 tab if fever/headache is present ,with or after food, with a time gap of 4 hours. Just try not to take more than 4 tablets a day . Take one pan40 tablet before breakfast Do sponging if the fever is more than 100°F and take oral fluids as much as possible . Monitor temperature regularly . No need to worry if fever doesn't subside after a single dose . Continue this regimen for 2 days .

Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three to five days. CEFEXIM 200 two times a day after food for three to five days.   nexproRd40 one in empty stomach for five days. Plenty of water n liquid lamonade electral.
