Severe Headache

My husband is a software engineer and from the past one week he is handling a tough project and took Lot of stress. He used to get headache sometimes also earlier but yesterday he got a severe headache and unable to stand and sit. He got vomitings also if tries to eat something, took Celine yesterday with zofer but still not controlled. Please advise
