Pls get ur BP checked immediately... If ur headache is associated with other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal pain immediately consult Ur gynaecologist... If ur BP is normal, see that u have proper sleep... Lack of adequate sleep in last trimester is common which might the cause for headache... Any other unilateral headache should be evaluated for migraine... U can take paracetamol for timebeing to reduce the pain
