Severe headache in 6weeks pregnancy

Hi.. I am six weeks pregnant and I am getting severe headache which lasts upto one day. I have informed to my gynaecologist but she didn't gave any tab for my headache. Presently I am using highfol plus and doximate tablet. Can you please suggest what will be the reason for this headache is this common in pregnancy? This is my second pregnancy for first pregnancy I haven't faced this severe headache. Please suggest me the tablet waiting for ur valuable suggestion. Thanks in advance.
