As u r age is 31yr and IF u r repeat bp is still high .( review with repeat bp reading every 4 th hourly )if then Kindly evaluate .... kidney function test,urine routine examination and microscopy,urine protein creatine ratio, thyroid,eye (fundal examination) follow up with report restrict salt intake to 4gm/ day, lifestyle modification ( do exercise). medication can start if u r repeat bp is high ....or follow up with a doctor near by
