Severe headache and starts any time

I have been suffering from severe headache from past one year any time it starts and pain very strongly ,I don't understand what is the reason behind that.Please help me so that I can take proper step.i have my 9 months old baby also as m feeding him and takes pain killer or combiflam to kill my pain but now I don't want to take .please suggest me some good option now it is more than enough to bear this headache

HELLO, FLAVORS EITHER EDIBLE OR ON BODY NOT TO BE TAKEN OR USED. TAB NEPROSYN 250 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TAB CIPLAR40 ONE AT NIGHT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. OK
