Severe headache and eyes are heavy
From last two days I'm experiencing severe headache and pain in eyes..my eyes are feeling heavy and I'm feeling weak and dizzy ..yesterday while talking with someone I felt like my head is roaming ..and suddenly I felt like I can't speak anymore ..please suggest me something about this like what should I do?
