Hi, any headache needs close evaluation as reason for headache are more than 100 from migraine,cervicogenic headache,cluster & tension type headache and certainly spondylolisthesis(Moving over one vertebral body over another) will never give you headache rather it will give you neck pain radiating to arm,which is uncommon in cervical spine unless there is history of trauma . My advise will be to visit some pain specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment further.

Maybe it's spondylesthesis or something else. Need a n Cray of cervical spine to rule it out and prescribe medicines accordingly.
