My kid is suffering from severe cold , and fever 100degrees since last 2 days he  was given citrigine and mefkind p, but there is no betternent, please let me kno the beeter medicines, my kid us 2year 7month old and weighs 10kg

You can give syp.Malidens DS - 3 ml whenever fever... syp.Tminic - 3 ml - three times a day... Just a viral illness only....it ll take 3-4 days to settle down....
