Hello ma'am.
It appears to be a case of Allergic Rhinitis.
1. Clean surroundings - dust, pet dander etc.
2. Wear mask as much as possible.
3. Oxymetazoline nasal spray to be taken before sleep (NOT MORE THAN 2 WEEKS)
4. TAB CETRIZINE 10 MG before sleep.

It is most likely allergic. Please clean and remove dust from your pillow/mattresses. Have them cleaned from somewhere and make sure they're dry and dust free. If they're old, it is advisable to change them.
