I have severe breast pain for 15 days before menstruation. I get the sign that I am going to have periods aftet few days. But this pain is unbearable. It is difficult for me to walk, to exercise and even to walk down the stairs. They feel so heavy and painful. I cant even lie in bed as well from their side and can't even hug. I am so tired of this pain.

It is mastitis For that Ormelaxo. Are recommended and very helpful For temporary relief take any painkillers But it is not treatment

U should do one breast scan to role out any issue and then consult online with the report for medication.

Hi. You can take dolo 650 mg after food for the pain , if you are not allergic to it .
