Severe backpain at  periods time

Last two months I feel severe bodyache fever. Normally I suffer from normal blotting and cramps but from 2 month I feel severe pain. Bleeding is normal 3/4 days . December and March periods was missing . Is it cancerous? Or is it urgent to remove uterus?

Cancer diagnosis can't be made with the limited information available. You need complete Gynaecological surgery. During operation an attempt will be made to confirm whether it is cancer or not.
