Lower and middle back has immense pain when standing up or getting up from bed. Does it necessarily mean spondylitis or slip disc? I do yoga but that relieves me temporarily.

It could be work related bad posture. Repetitive stress injury. This isn't a slip disc or spondylitis from your history. Kindly get evaluated by an Orthopedic surgeon
