Please consult the nearby Physiotherapist as this may be an aggravation due to fever also.

Surely all Doctors have given good opinions, kindly add one more - Tailbone Pain / Coccydynia. As it's very common post pregnancy. Therefore would suggest search specialist for Coccydynia in India .

In my opinion you need to take physio sessions for your wife and go for calcium and vitamin b 12 and vitamin d test as there values are deranged pre and post pregnancy... so you need to check with the values of these...and after pain control spinal extension and strengthening exs are required with postural correction.. get well soon and take care

Although , Low back ache is quite common in Pregnancy or later because of the drag on the spine but it continues because of hectic schedule of lady and time to time lifting the child. However, from the history, it appears pain is quite severe. She needs to be examined for Disc herniation. I can help her for treatment. Meanwhile, she should avoid bending & lifting the child and do back exercises if already prescribed

Post pregnancy such pains are very common due to following reasons, 1. Weak muscle tone 2. Severe vitamin deficiency 3. Obesity To tackle this please get her vitamin levels tested. Start treatment on that. See a good physiotherapist, start core strengthening exercises. Pl try and reduce weight if she is overweight. Nothing can replace a good clinical evaluation but these steps will help in long run

During Pregnancy , Lot of pressure comes up on women back and lower spine . If no medication is working on her , you can take her for physiotherapy sessions in clinic or home visits also available. Physiotherapist will work on her pain with some modalities and her back must be weak , so she needs low back strengthening exercise and postural training.
