Electric shocks and pain shooting down both legs to the tips of my toes it's unbearable it's so painful.

These may be coming from nerve irritation. I would advice you to see an Orthopaedic spinal Surgeon for assessment. If there are any important findings, then you may be advised to go for an MRI scan of your back.
