The reports are of serum amylase amd lipase which is usually done for pancreatitis.  How is your mother otherwise. If she is having lots of upper abdominal pain then these reports make sense otherwise these can be elevated in many different conditions. Also serum lipase is more specific test and it is around 300 so even if it is pancreatitis it is just mild one which should get recovered in few days time
