I am currently taking 50mg if sertraline and have been for about 9 Months now for anxiety. I have an awful cold at the moment and is paracetamol is not working at all. Is it all cold and flu medication that I cannot take? Is there anything stronger than paracetamol that I can take?

Paracetamol is for fever n pain. U need to take  either cetrizine or cpm for d cold n flu
