Serotonin syndrome

I depend on Antidepressants. 8 years ago i suffered from serotonin syndrome twice. After that if my doctor continue medication, then i suffer from physical pain(Symptoms like serotonin syndrome) and if not then i suffer mentally. My life becomes hell now. No private Doctor has time to research on complicated case and bother with one patient when other patients with standard treatment procedures are standing in row. At Govt hospital they don't even bother to listen. I want to live because if i kill myself then no one to take care of my family. Is there any Psychiatrist who wants to take my case?

It is not a rule that either you have to suffer from Depression or from Serotonin Syndrome. With currently available treatments you can live a happy and meaningful life. Lot of clarifications in your case are needed. For example - nature of your symptoms, medications prescribed, their dosage and optimization. Clarification about symptoms that were labelled as Serotonin Syndrome.
Next Steps
Plan a physical consultation preferably so that your concerns can be understood in detail.
Health Tips
These medications ( SSRIs, TCAs and SNRIs) are not addictive just like antihypertensives, oral hypoglycaemics and thyroid medications are not addictive. These are essential medicines and many a times long term treatment is needed.
