Septoplasty
After septoplasty 8×8 mm perforation found in septum. I feel nose block and severe suffocation.
Is it this problem due to perforation or bcoz of other reason.

No perforation will not directly cause nose block but crusting caused by it may. Please specify if you have other symptoms such as excessive sneezing, running nose. If you have only Nasal obstruction then just take Nasoclear Nasal drops( saline drops) to avoid crusting and subsequent blockage.
