Sensitivity is mainly when tubeless that means nerves when it get exposed to oral environment ...and stimulating factors like cool air , cool water. Sweets or hot items when they come in touch u feel sensitive
Then that means ur teeth has to get root canal treatment and cap (crown) after completing root canal treatment
