Sensation in clitoris while peeing

For the last 3 days, everytime I go to pee I feel a very orgasm like sensation in the end and that sensation stays till a long time even after peeing. I am getting the urge to pee all the time. Can you please help

Clitoris and the urethral opening are very close to each other but clitoris is at a slightly higher level above urethral opening. So it is not possible that urine trickles on the clitoris. It is possible in some people that the clitoris is hypersensitive and even the act of urination causes a feeling of orgasm. You can use some gels which have local anaesthetic effect.
