Hi! Hope you are doing well. Semaglutide is a drug which has been approved for weight loss when other methods fail. Ideally, if you have tried a diet program and any form of regular aerobic exercise and it has not helped, semaglutide is the next step. It's what you use before you go for weight loss surgery. I would suggest the following: -  a calorie restricted diet plan. There are various reliable platforms for the same - 30-45 mins of exercise 5 days a week. Start slow and take it up slowly Do check your weight once a week and not daily as you can have daily fluctuations. A weekly check will do. Hope this helps

Hello, Unless you have been having health issues because of chronic obesity/over wt. and considering your age drugs like semiglutide are not advisable. And more over it’s an expensive drug and you cannot just stop taking it after achieving your target wt., it also requires close monitoring. All of that being said, try other natural methods of wt loss. Ideally, no other medications are recommended if you are taking semiglutide.
