Hi My baby is 6.5 months old. V have started semi solid food which is a home made one Ragi malt. I just want to know if it really matters & makes a difference between the home made &readily available cerelac? Why not cerelac?

They may contain added salt and sugars and spices..You can use commercial baby foods, but read the label to ensure there is no added salt or sugar...but foods that your whole family is eating are the best choice for your baby...good luck.
