Good evening sir/ madam today I got my semen analysis test result. In that colour is Grawish yellow, volume 1.5, liquatication time 20 mins, motility 75, sluggish 20, non motility 05, total sperm count 75, sperm speed normal. Sluggish is 20 only , how can I improve that. Kindly advise me. I am 38, 172 cm height, 90 kg weight, and I am a drinker
