My husband went for semen analysis in June/July and he went right now. There is a huge difference between the two. First one was a negative report on all count. However, this one is meeting all average count atleast to the min. Can such transformation happen with out any changes in lifestyle or medication.

A very important fact that needs to be known here is the timing of giving the sample. A semen sample for accurate results have to be given when a person hasn't had sex or masturbated for at least 4 days prior to the sample. Secondly, yes the lifestyle does make a difference. Also you haven't mentioned what was the sample given for?
