Dear sir/madam I have attached my semen analysis report. General physician has told me to take tablets Tab maschio Nurokind gold plus sachets. Are my reports normal or should I take this tablets for one month. please let me know whether to take tablets .

U should take tab atleast three months Stop any intake of tobacco in any form also reduce alcohol

Reports says decreased sperm count and motility. Multivitamins like these won't help. Better save your money for actual treatment. You can take consultation if you want me to help you with this problem and advise you medication
