I missed my periods since 25 March yesterday I test pregnancy test it comes positive so today I take unwanted kit pills now I am in my periods but I have too much abdominal pain please suggest a painkiller. I am a 6months old breastfeeding mother.

Have you done usg to confirm the location of pregnancy? Hope you are taking medicines under supervision of a gynecologist.you can take any painkiller which suits you
