Seen tiny blood spot in the stool

I have notice tiny blood spot  in the stool particularly when I pass hard  motion , i took colonoscopy 5 months back, report came back as rectal hemorrhoids rest of the colon is normal ,please advice me what shall I do  .

If this is first time & 2 degree haemorrhoids than conservative treatment , like high fibre diet . Increase fluid intake is sufficient . However on times haemorrhoids creat further problems , cryo or laser surgery can be performed . Injection sclerotherapy also works if appropriately done ,
