My mother has been suffering from pain inside her mouth for couple of years now. Doctor cannot pinpoint, please help. Attached images

It is erythematous ulcer.Topical and systemic corticosteroids has to be taken along with multivitamin supplements  .you can consult through this for prescription of medication.
