Inattention can be especially problematic. I suggest setting small daily goals and rewarding yourself at the end of them. For example, a single task that you usually take a long time to finish can be divided into 3 parts with a specific “reward” at the end of each one: could be a screen time for 10 mins or an hour, or a walk around the house to get rid of the restlessness, whatever works for you. That way, you can try and stay on top of all your work while giving your brain enough time to refocus before moving on to the next (part of the) task.
