Second opinion on opg

Sir/mam this is my mother opg, she has severe sensitivity in her front teeth, especially first from the left in the xray. She has previously failed rct and the crowns were removed. She is gargling with salt water but no benefit. What's the reason, why these teeths causing trouble, should i consult neurologist for nerves bcoz she has terrible vibration and sensitivity in these four tooths. Thanks, plz guide🙏

There looks like a periapical infection on the rct treated tooth. we need to check clinically for tenderness of the tooth. treatment for this is apisectomy. All this is possible with a dental check up.

There seems to be reinfection also bone loss with the lower anteriors.. You can consult me for prescription medicine and treatment plan to alleviate your symptoms..

Sensitivity may be due yo to reinfection of retreated tooth.get re-rct done.if adjacent tooth is attrited or decayed, get it restored. Take medication to relieve Sensitivity. You can consult through this for further details.
