Second miscarriage in one year

Today I had second miscarriage in 07 weeks. First was in 8 weeks. What is happening I dont know.Ultrasound shows no fetal activity in both miscarriage. Pls do give some advice as I am going into depression.3 years of marriage . My brother in law and her wife are also facing same issue for 5 years of marriage .Is there any link. Pls tell
