Today is the second day of my period . from yesterday onwards I am going through very active bleeding. this time my period seems to be heavier than my usual periods. what should I do . can I take hemfer capsule for iron supplement. please suggest.

You can take a hemostatic medicine like tranexa iv acid 500 mg for heavy bleeding.but the reason for heavy bleeding should be evaluated
