From past 4 years I am suffering from severe seborrheic dermatitis and hairfall. By prescription of our local dermatologist I have used all types of medicated solutions such as ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, zpt, clotrimazole, coal tar salicylic acid and so many of them but no use of it now my hair become thin as thinner and some patches at vertex and front line of scalp I have consulted most of my nearby dermatologists but I found that there is no permanent treatment for my problem can you help me Dr

You are on treatment only for seborrheic dermatitis. Not for androgenetic alopecia as per your description .androgenetic alopecia is controlled by topical with or without oral medicine
