Seborrheic dermatitis and eczema

In every winter I have a seborrheic dermatitis. Last year it is cured by onabet shampoo,halox lotion, it mac capsules. So should I continue the same medicine because I have similar problem than before. And can it's permanently remove or it happens every winter. And I have also eczema from last one year from that is used mms cream on affected area and aquasoft cream. But it is still
