Sebaceous cyst on nipple area filled with keratin since 10 months. It pains on squeezing but not itchy.

Though what you describe appear harmless you should get it evaluated to rule out the possibility of malignancy.  Certain variants of cancer present like small lumps under nipple with itching like padgets disease A proper evaluation is needed. Donot delay evaluation
