Screw implant in bone

2 yrs ago a screw had to be implanted on my husband's shoulder bone due to fracture caused by a motorbike accident. There has been no document from the hospital which can say what material the screw is made of. Please advise if there is any way to find the material of the implant placed in the bone and if we need to remove the screw.

X ray can give an idea. The screw should be removed if it’s causing a problem and otherwise also it can cause a problem
