I am having acidity issues from last 3months and beacuse of which sometimes my throat feels very scratchy..There is no pain in throat and also no issue in swalloing.please suggest some remedy

Use cold milk+no fried+no spices+go to bed early+moog khichdi + salt gargling before bed in young age not essential to use drugs
