Hello, I have pain in my lower back area and from thigh till my foot (right leg) had severe pain since yesterday symptoms are similar to sciatica...I had pain killer but it is a temporary relief... please let me know abt further medication process... Should I go with physiotherapy or is it really sciatica ... Whom should I consult.
