Hi, I was diagnosed with chronic sciatica 2 years back and I used medicine and undergone physiotherapy sessions as well. It was better. But from last one month it is very severe again. Currently I am unable to sit, stand or sleep with sciatica pain. I am having very severe pain in my right leg from hip to fingers. I am unable to sleep with that in any position no matter how I try to sit or sleep. I am unable to keepy foot down and walk properly. To reduce the sensation of pain I am trying a long banf kind of thing from top to bottom of my leg very tight so that it relieve pain and I am able to sleep. So could you please suggest some belt to relieve this pain. A belt that supports lower back and hip where the pain is starting from should work

Use LS belt while sitting, standing and walking. Avoid sitting for long. Do not sit for more than 30 min. In 1 go. Keep changing position every 30 min. Avoid forward bending and lifting weight.

Using support belt for long term can cause muscle weakness. Better treatment options can be advocated after examining you clinically.
