Schizophrenia patient from last 8 years. Tried medications from different hospitals but not proper healing. Need a advice for psycotherapy.

Hi , we must understand this disorder is usually chronic with a course encompassing a prodromal phase. Usually treatment includes antipsychotic medication with psycho social treatment such as family , social skills and rehabilitation therapies. Schizophrenia is usually a chronic illness where we cannot decide or predict the date of CURE. It requires long term treatment.The medication can be adjusted based on improvement.
Next Steps
We must be educated to recognize warning sign of relapse like sleep changes, anxiety, or add behaviour.

Try Electro convulsive therapy , psycho social therapy and others like advice, reassurance, education, modeling,limit setting and reality testing with psychologist.
