I feel like I might be schizophrenic. It runs in my family. Recently I feel like Ive been hearing voices in my head but at the time when they are speaking it feels like I'm just thinking but when I look back at it it's more like voices. They are completely different than my personality. if someone annoys me slightly in my head I just want to do something really bad to them like something extreme. Also i don't trust ppl. Like not that extreme but with serious stuff. I dont trust my friends or fam
