There are three slightly deep scratches on my face and I was given a tetanus shot and was prescribed antibiotics and betadine. A few days later, the scabs fell off. However, the skin has only attained a darker shade of pink, is still slightly deep (uneven from normal skin), and is fading very slowly. I have now been applying scarend.
