Hi. Unfortunately, no! We still do not have any kind of investigation which can help us diagnose anxiety/depression. You can however get your thyroid function test, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels checked. Sometimes the deficiencies can cause anxiety/depression. All the best!
